About the Firm
PrimeConsult Advisory LLP was founded in 2009 by three professionals who believed that strategy without execution is just expensive opinions. Every engagement we take has one goal: measurable, lasting improvement in your organisation's performance.
In 2009, three partners — a former McKinsey engagement manager, a Tata Group finance director, and a supply chain specialist from HUL — left their respective organisations to build something they felt was missing in India: a boutique consultancy that combined the analytical rigour of a global firm with the contextual depth of people who understood Indian business from the inside.
They opened their first office in a rented conference room in Bandra, Mumbai. Their first client was a mid-sized NBFC that needed to restructure its loan book. Six months later, that client referred three more. The firm grew entirely through referrals for the first five years.
Today, PrimeConsult operates from BKC with a team of 22 consultants across three practice areas. We've completed over 340 engagements, work across 8 industry sectors, and have maintained an average client relationship duration of 3.8 years — a figure we're more proud of than any award.
