PropFind was founded in 2018 by Arjun Mehta and Divya Krishnan, after their own nightmare property searches in Navi Mumbai and Pune. Between them, they had taken 40+ site visits, paid two sets of brokerage, and still ended up in properties that didn't match what they'd been promised.
The insight was simple: the problem wasn't a lack of listings — it was a lack of filtering. Brokers show you what they have commission on, not what fits your life. We set out to build an AI that asks the right 5 questions and surfaces only the right 3 properties.
Today, PropFind has 2,400+ RERA-verified properties, operates across 18 cities, and has closed over ₹45 Crores in deals — all without charging buyers a single rupee in brokerage.
